Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: We ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days via USPS or DHL Express, depending on destination and customs processing.
Packaging All original paintings and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Original artworks are protected with acid-free materials and sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Heidi@hwstroupart.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can resolve the issue.
